Leucine is one of the most important building blocks of protein, playing a critical role in muscle growth and recovery.

Think of it like the "key" that starts the engine—activating the mTOR pathway, which signals your muscles to grow, repair, and get stronger.

But here’s the thing: standard leucine alone may not be enough to maximize muscle protein synthesis (MPS).

DL185™ (L-Leucyl-L-Leucine Monohydrate) is a revolutionary dipeptide form of leucine, delivering enhanced anabolic potential beyond traditional leucine.

More Effective Muscle Activation:
DL185™ supercharges the mTOR pathway, supporting greater gains and faster recovery.

Clinically Validated Dosing:
The amount of dileucine needed for results is far higher than what’s found in regular protein sources. You’d have to consume 159g of whey protein (8 servings) or 219g of pea protein (11 servings) just to get the same amount found in 12g of DL185™.

Maximizing Your Training Efforts:
When paired with resistance training, DL185™ optimizes muscle protein synthesis (MPS)—helping you build muscle more efficiently.

Bottom Line: DL185™ = The Concentrated Anabolic Power of Leucine
Leucine is essential, but if you want to truly maximize muscle growth, DL185™ delivers the most efficient and concentrated form—fueling your strength, recovery, and overall performance.

Have you noticed a difference in muscle recovery based on your protein intake?

Did you know I struggled with chronic fatigue, brain fog, and restless nights for years until I discovered the power of magnesium?

As a health educator, I was shocked to learn that 75% of us aren't getting enough of this crucial mineral, which impacts everything from our cognitive function to our cardiovascular health.

Here's what you need to know:

Different forms of magnesium serve unique purposes in your body - understanding which type you need can be the key to unlocking specific health benefits

Magnesium Threonate is the brain's best friend, crossing the blood-brain barrier more effectively than other forms to enhance memory, cognitive function, and potentially reduce brain aging

Magnesium Glycinate combines excellent absorption with minimal digestive impact, making it ideal for improving sleep quality and reducing anxiety symptoms

Magnesium Citrate works as a gentle digestive aid by drawing water into the intestines, perfect for those struggling with constipation or seeking digestive regularity

Magnesium Malate pairs with malic acid to potentially boost energy production and reduce muscle pain, making it particularly interesting for those with chronic fatigue

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salts) excels at muscle relaxation and can be absorbed through the skin during baths

Your body relies on magnesium for over 300 essential functions, from maintaining heart rhythm and bone density to regulating blood sugar and supporting immune function

Have you tried any of these magnesium forms? Share your experience below!

If polyester can shrink sperm count to zero, what else is your clothing doing to your hormones? This isn’t fringe scienc…

If polyester can shrink sperm count to zero, what else is your clothing doing to your hormones?

This isn’t fringe science. A published clinical study followed 14 healthy men who wore a polyester sling around their scrotum for 12 months.

All of them became temporarily infertile. Zero sperm. Testicular shrinkage. No pregnancies.

And yet, most men wear synthetic fabrics daily without a second thought.

What actually happened in the study:
- 100% of men developed azoospermia (sperm count = 0)
- Testicular volume decreased
- Temperature regulation failed
- Degenerative changes showed up in the testes
- Fertility rebounded months after polyester was removed

How could fabric have this kind of power?
- Heat entrapment: Polyester blocks airflow, raising scrotal temperature, which impairs spermatogenesis
- Electrostatic charge: Friction between polyester and skin generated up to 395 volts per cm², potentially disrupting testicular function

What you can do today to support hormone and fertility health:
- Wear breathable, natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo
- Avoid tight synthetic underwear, especially during sleep or workouts
- Be mindful of prolonged heat exposure (like hot tubs or laptops on your lap)
- Prioritize sleep, stress regulation, and nutrient-dense whole foods

This study might seem extreme, but it raises real questions about how our daily choices compound over time.

What if optimizing fertility isn’t just about supplements or procedures, but also about the materials closest to your body every single day?

Do you think clothing should come with hormone health warnings, or is this going too far?
I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Before you spend thousands on fertility treatments, let’s make sure your body has the essential nutrients it needs to conceive.

Hormone balance, egg and sperm quality, and overall reproductive health are all deeply influenced by nutrition. Yet, many couples overlook this critical piece before turning to expensive treatments.

In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week (April 20-26, 2025), let’s focus on science-backed fertility supplements that support conception naturally:

- Folate (5-MTHF) (400–800 µg/day): Supports DNA synthesis, neural tube development, and egg quality.
- Vitamin D3 (2,000–4,000 IU/day): Crucial for ovarian function, hormone regulation, and implantation.
- CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) (100–300 mg/day): Protects eggs & sperm from oxidative stress and boosts mitochondrial energy.
- Omega-3s (1,000–2,000 mg EPA+DHA/day): Aids hormone balance, cervical mucus, and endometrial health.
- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) (600–1,200 mg/day): Supports detoxification, ovulation, and egg quality, especially in PCOS.
- Myo-Inositol (2,000–4,000 mg/day): Enhances insulin sensitivity, cycle regulation, and egg quality.
- L-Carnitine (1,000–2,000 mg/day): Improves sperm motility and cellular energy.
- Zinc (15–30 mg/day): Essential for hormone production, egg development, and sperm health.
- Maca Root (1,500–3,000 mg/day): Traditionally used to support libido and hormone balance.
- Vitex (400–800 mg/day): May regulate cycles by balancing prolactin levels (use with caution).

Fertility isn’t just about chance. It’s about preparation.

Optimizing key nutrients can be a low-risk, high-reward step before turning to invasive procedures.

Have you tried any of these supplements, or is there something that worked for you that I didn’t mention?

Only drinking plain water is NOT the best way to hydrate.

Our body needs electrolytes to hydrate appropriately so that fluid stays in the body and isn’t just peed out in the urine.

I start my day out with 1 scoop of @redmondrelyte Hydration with 10-12 oz. of fluid mixed in a blender and poured over ice.

Before or after intense work outs (depending how I’m feeling) I hydrate with @redmondrelyte Hydration using 1-2 scoops in 10-24 oz. of water, respectively.

My favorite Re-Lyte flavors are salty palmer, lemon lime, strawberry lemonade, mango, pina colada and mixed berry.

Each year, new research continues to highlight the powerful benefits of L-ergothioneine, particularly its ability to reduce oxidative stress across tissues throughout the body—contributing to improved health and longevity.

At NNB, we don’t just offer a basic 5% L-ergothioneine mushroom extract. We’ve developed a 99% pure, fermented L-ergothioneine, delivering unmatched potency and consistency. To put that into perspective, it would take 5 to 15 grams of King Oyster mushroom powder to match the ergothioneine content in just 15 mg of our pure L-ergothioneine.

As a concerned parent and researcher, I've spent countless hours sifting through studies to understand what really works when it comes to children's supplements.

While it may seem like kids have less of a need for supplements than adults, here's what I found...

Key brain-boosters: DHA and EPA (omega-3s) are proven to enhance cognitive performance and visual development in children under 2 years, backed by 38 research trials with over 5,500 participants. Studies show maternal supplementation averaging 22 weeks demonstrated significant positive outcomes

Vitamin D matters: Recent studies between 2012-2020 suggest a significant link between vitamin D levels and brain development, potentially influencing how our children learn, grow, and process information

Essential minerals: Iron deficiency in early childhood can impact cognitive function and development, while magnesium shows promising results for improving sleep quality and overall rest patterns

B-vitamins breakthrough: Research indicates B-complex vitamins play a crucial role in neurological development, particularly B5 and B9 for brain function and cellular health. Studies using advanced models demonstrate impressive results in addressing neurological challenges

Healthy shrimp tacos with mango salsa and chipotle crema✨ by @maxiskitchen

Chipotle Crema:▪️1/2 Cup Sour Cream▪️1/2 of a Chipotle Chili in Adobo (from a can), finely chopped (~1 tsp), plus 1 tsp Adobo Sauce from the can (see tip below for storing extra)▪️1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice▪️1 Pinch Salt▪️

Mango Salsa:▪️1 Large Ripe Mango, peeled & diced small (~1 Cup)▪️1/4 of a Red Onion, diced small▪️1/2 of a Medium Jalapeño, seeds removed and diced small▪️2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro▪️1 Lime, juice▪️1/4 tsp Kosher Salt▪️

Tacos:▪️1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined▪️1+1/2 tsp Chili Powder▪️1+1/2 tsp Cumin▪️1/2 tsp Garlic Powder▪️1 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1 Tbsp Olive Oil▪️6-8 Cassava Flour Tortillas▪️1 Avocado, sliced▪️

1️⃣ Make the crema: In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, chipotle chili + adobo sauce, lime juice, and salt. Taste and add more chipotle for more heat if you like.
2️⃣ Make the salsa: In a medium bowl, add the mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3️⃣ In a separate medium bowl, add the shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
4️⃣ In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the shrimp in one layer and cook for 1-2 mins per side until pink and golden brown around the edges.
5️⃣ In a clean, dry pan over medium-high heat, toast the tortillas one at a time for about 30 seconds per side, until lightly charred with golden brown spots. (I like to toast each tortilla right before serving so they’re warm and fresh!)
6️⃣ Spread a swipe of crema over the tortilla using the back of a spoon, then top with 3–4 shrimp, a spoonful of mango salsa, and a slice of avocado. Enjoy!

⏲30 minute prep time + 10 minute cook time

Recipe serves 3

Tip: You can store extra chipotles in an ice cube tray (one chipotle per cube) and freeze them.

Ever wondered why some people seem to recover faster, perform better, and maintain their energy all day? The secret isn't just in how much protein they eat - it's in understanding how essential amino acids work as the master regulators of our health and performance.

Let me share what cutting-edge research reveals about these vital compounds.
Essential amino acids are true metabolic multitaskers - beyond muscle building, they regulate neurotransmitter production, immune system function, and even play a crucial role in cognitive performance through specialized pathways like the tryptophan-serotonin axis

Research shows histidine and lysine work synergistically to support hemoglobin production and calcium absorption, making them particularly important for both athletic performance and long-term bone health

BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) regulate multiple cellular processes - they activate mTOR signaling for muscle growth, serve as emergency fuel during intense exercise, and help maintain blood sugar stability during training

Methionine and phenylalanine deserve special attention - they're not just protein building blocks but are crucial for detoxification processes and neurotransmitter production that affect everything from mood to recovery

Threonine and tryptophan support both structural and functional aspects of health - while threonine strengthens connective tissue, tryptophan's role in sleep regulation makes it essential for recovery and performance

Modern research indicates timing these amino acids around training can optimize their effects - particularly for muscle protein synthesis and recovery processes that occur during the post-exercise window

Ready to unlock your body's full potential? Start by diversifying your protein sources and timing your intake strategically.

Share below - what's your go-to protein source for optimal recovery?

Without magnesium, your body can’t properly use vitamin D.

Vitamin D must be converted into its active form before your body can benefit from it. This happens in two key steps:
1. Liver: Converts vitamin D into 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D)
2. Kidneys: Activates it into 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (1,25(OH)₂D), the form your body actually uses

Both of these steps require magnesium as a cofactor. Without enough magnesium, vitamin D metabolism slows down, meaning:
- Even if your blood tests show “normal” vitamin D levels, it may not be fully active or effective
- Calcium absorption can suffer, affecting bone health, muscle function, and nerve signaling
- Immune function and inflammation control may be compromised

How to Fix This
- Eat Magnesium-Rich Foods: Leafy greens, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and legumes
- Check Your Magnesium Levels: If you’re low, consider supplementing
- Pair Vitamin D with Magnesium: To optimize absorption and activation

I’ve seen so many people struggle to raise their vitamin D levels—until they address their magnesium intake. If you’re supplementing vitamin D and not seeing results, this could be the missing piece.

Do you think most people are overlooking magnesium when it comes to their health?

Did you know that 50% of buildings in the U.S. have water damage, creating prime conditions for mold growth?

As someone who's battled mold-related health issues, I've learned the hard truth: mycotoxin exposure is far more common than we realize. Here's what you need to know about mycotoxins and supplements to combat their effects:

Mycotoxins: Toxic compounds produced by molds, found in water-damaged buildings
Exposure stats: Up to 25% of the population may be genetically susceptible to mold illness
Health impacts: Can affect respiratory, neurological, and immune systems

Key supplements to combat mycotoxin exposure:
Activated Charcoal: Binds to toxins for removal
Glutathione: Master antioxidant for detoxification
Vitamin C: Boosts immunity and reduces inflammation
Quercetin: Antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties
N-Acetyl Cysteine: Precursor to glutathione, supports liver function
Vitamin D: Modulates immune response
Omega-3: Reduces inflammation, supports brain health
Probiotics: Balance gut microbiome, crucial for immune function
Magnesium: Aids detoxification and stress reduction
B-Complex: Supports energy production and nervous system

Remember, addressing mycotoxin exposure requires a comprehensive approach. These supplements can be a valuable part of your detox strategy, but professional guidance is crucial.

Have you experienced mold exposure in your life? If so, I'd love to hear about how you managed it!

What if your memory lapses, mood swings, and brain fog weren’t “just stress”... but hormonal imbalance?!

Most people don’t realize this, but your hormones are among the most powerful neurotransmitter modulators in the body.

When just one goes out of balance, your brain can’t function at full capacity.

Let’s break it down:

- Estrogen supports neurogenesis and protects brain cells. Low levels can accelerate memory decline and raise risk of cognitive disorders, especially in midlife women.

- Insulin helps regulate neurotransmitters and brain energy. Imbalances are linked to brain fog, depression, and a greater risk of Alzheimer's.

- Melatonin is critical for memory consolidation and repair during sleep. Without it, brain inflammation rises and amyloid plaques can accumulate faster.

- Cortisol, our stress hormone, is useful in short bursts. But chronically high levels shrink the hippocampus (your memory center) and impair focus.

I've seen these effects in clients and personally felt the difference when I optimized my hormones through sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress resilience.

One of the biggest game changers? Nutritional repletion.

The truth is, many of us are low in key brain-supportive nutrients—like omega-3s, B vitamins, magnesium, and polyphenols—that are critical for hormone balance and cognitive performance.

This is where I’ve found RELEVATE from @neuroreserve to be an incredible tool. It’s not a magic pill, but a science-based, neurologist-formulated supplement designed to support brain health through 17 nutrients inspired by the Mediterranean and MIND diets.

If you’re already doing the lifestyle work—but still feel foggy, forgetful, or mentally "off"—nutritional gaps could be the missing piece.

Comment “RELEVATE” and I’ll send you a link to learn more + get $20 off if it’s something you want to try.

Sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion, and fatigue... again?!
Spring is beautiful, but for millions, it’s also a season of misery.

Antihistamines can help, but what if you could support your body naturally at the root cause, without just masking symptoms?

These 12 research-backed nutrients may help regulate histamine response, reduce inflammation, and bring real relief:

- Quercetin: A natural antihistamine that may help stabilize mast cells and reduce allergy-related inflammation (500–1,000 mg/day)
- Vitamin C: Supports immune response and may naturally lower histamine levels (500–2,000 mg/day)
- Zinc: Essential for immune regulation, skin health, and inflammation control (8–11 mg/day)
- B Vitamins: May ease stress-related allergy flare-ups and improve energy (check B-complex dosage)
- Vitamin D: Linked to lower allergy and asthma severity (600–2,000 IU/day)
- Probiotics: Support gut-immune balance, which influences allergic responses (1–10+ billion CFU/day)
- Omega-3s: May reduce inflammation and respiratory symptoms (1–2 g EPA/DHA daily)
- Bromelain: An enzyme that may relieve nasal swelling and congestion (200–400 mg, 2–3x/day)
- Stinging Nettle: Traditionally used for hay fever relief (300–600 mg, 2–3x/day)
- Butterbur (PA-free): May ease nasal congestion and sneezing (50–75 mg, 2x/day)
- Curcumin: Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, especially helpful for lung and sinus support (500–1,000 mg/day with piperine)
- NAC: Thins mucus, supports lung health, and boosts glutathione (600–1,200 mg/day)

If spring wipes you out every year, consider rotating a few of these into your stack.

What’s the hardest part of spring allergies? Do you have a go-to remedy, or are you still searching for relief?

2+ billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day.

Most people think they’re drinking it for caffeine, but what if I told you the real benefits of coffee have nothing to do with caffeine at all?

Yes, caffeine is a stimulant.
But coffee is a nutritional powerhouse packed with polyphenols, chlorogenic acids, and antioxidants—compounds linked to brain health, metabolism, and even longevity.

If you’re chugging coffee just for the caffeine, you might be missing out on what makes coffee truly beneficial.

The real benefits of coffee come from its bioactive compounds, NOT just caffeine:
- Chlorogenic Acids (CGAs): Help balance blood sugar and reduce oxidative stress.
- Polyphenols: Support heart health and lower inflammation.
- Diterpenes (Cafestol & Kahweol): May influence cholesterol metabolism and have anti-inflammatory properties.
- Magnesium & Potassium: Essential for nerve function, hydration, and cardiovascular health.

Studies show that moderate coffee consumption may be linked to:
- Better Brain Health: Reduced risk of Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s
- Metabolic Support: Improved insulin sensitivity & lower type 2 diabetes risk
- Liver Protection: May lower the risk of liver disease & cirrhosis

Caffeine keeps you awake, but if you’re consuming it without coffee’s polyphenols, you might be:
- Missing out on coffee’s true antioxidant & anti-inflammatory benefits.
- Feeling jittery & crashing, especially if you’re one of the 60% of people who metabolize caffeine slowly.
- Overlooking decaf coffee, which still contains chlorogenic acids & polyphenols—without overstimulation.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Coffee
- Choose organic, high-quality coffee to maximize polyphenol content.
- Opt for filtered coffee to reduce cholesterol-raising diterpenes.
- Drink it black or with clean ingredients—skip sugar-laden creamers.
- Consider decaf coffee—you’ll still get the antioxidants and health benefits.

And if you’re only drinking coffee for caffeine, you might want to try @enfinityenergy Paraxanthine—a refined caffeine metabolite that delivers cleaner energy without the jitters, crashes, or sleep disruption.

When your mitochondria receive red light at the dermal layer, you stimulate elastin and collagen! These radiation rays are helpful for slowing the aging process!

So its worth considering given that it can be a great alternative with far less downsides..

RLT exposure may produce a positive biochemical effect in your cells that strengthens the mitochondria, which is where the cell’s energy is created.

RLT increases the transportation of electrons, oxygen consumption, and your levels of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

Bot0x shuts down the ability of the nerve to function but with movement it can lead to a compensatory effect where you may want even more down the road, leading to a vicious cycle of needing more and more

Botox can interact with blood flow and your lymphatic system... and impact your collagen and elastic production.

With time, our cells age and break down and using red light consistently may be the way to beat Bot0x entirely!

Aside from being a superhero for your skin, red light also:

Increase blood flow
Reduce inflammation
Improves sleep quality
Increase levels of collagen
Supports muscle and joints
Increase the production of fibroblasts
Can reduce pain/decrease inflammation

Chicken Parm, The Ultimate Protein Hack by @stealth_health_life

147g of Protein for one plate 👀

Both Chicken Parm’s:
885 Calories
147g Protein
7g Carbs
32g Fat

Per Piece:
440 Calories
74g Protein
4g Carbs
16g Fat

Stealth Health Simple, Episode 4

———

INGREDIENTS:
615g (22oz) chicken breast
5g (1 tsp) Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic

100g marinara of choice*
90g 2% cottage cheese
20g parmigiano reggiano
Oregano, red chili flakes

———

*I used Rao’s, which is a relatively high fat marinara. You can cut the calories and fat macros by using a fat free sauce

“This isn’t 147g of Protein”

- 22oz Chicken Breast = 128g Protein
- 100g Marinara = 1.5g Protein
- 90g Cottage Cheese = 11.5g Protein
- 20g Parmigiano Reggiano = 6g Protein

128 + 1.5 + 11.5 + 6 = 147g Protein 💪

———

“You can only absorb 30g of protein at once”

- This is a myth that has been debunked for many years, we now know that up to 100g of Protein in one sitting is useful for muscle building purposes
- This obviously has more than 100g, BUT, given protein is the most satiating macro-nutrient, eating above 100g isn’t a “waste” since it’ll just be an incredibly satiating meal
- Just to reiterate, muscle building is not the only purpose of consuming protein - and eating more than 100g isn’t a “waste” by any means. This is meant to be an incredibly satiating meal due to the protein content, which makes it very useful if your goal is weight loss
- You can also just split this into two meals and get 75g per meal

This is meant to be a very low effort, minimal ingredient recipe for those days you don’t really feel like cooking, but still want to hit your protein goals with a delicious meal

Cooking entirely on a sheet pan with parchment paper also means there’s literally no dishes afterwards

Pair this with a side salad, roasted vegetables, or a serving of pasta if you want to round out the dish 🤌

43% of women and 31% of men experience s3xual dysfunction.

But what if the answer wasn’t a pill… but a root?!

Beets are nature’s ultimate performance enhancer—supporting blood flow, hormone balance, and stamina in ways that impact both the gym and the bedroom.

Here’s why beets should be your new go-to for libido and energy:
Boosts Blood Flow & Arousal
Beets are rich in nitrates, which convert to nitric oxide, expanding blood vessels and increasing circulation—including to intimate areas.

Balances Hormones Naturally
Boron & zinc help regulate testosterone and estrogen, two key hormones essential for libido, mood, and s3xual health.

Reduces Inflammation
Chronic inflammation disrupts hormones and blood flow, leading to low energy, fatigue, and diminished desire. Beets contain betalains, powerful antioxidants that combat oxidative stress.

Enhances Stamina & Endurance
More oxygen efficiency = more energy, improved physical performance, and lasting power—in every aspect of life.

Supports Mood & Stress Resilience
Low libido isn’t just physical. B vitamins in beets help regulate mood, nerve function, and reduce stress, which can be a major libido killer.

A recommended dose:
Just 3-6g (or 2-3 teaspoons daily) can help optimize circulation, energy, and hormonal health.

Beets aren’t just for athletes. They’re for anyone looking to enhance vitality, boost confidence, and take back control of their energy and libido.

Have you ever changed your diet or added a supplement and noticed a difference in your libido, stamina, or energy?

Share in the comments your favorite intimacy inducing ingredients I may have missed!

The best SALT = @redmondrealsalt (as it’s unrefined and contains 60+ minerals). I use this salt on my food.

Severe cramps, mood swings, anxiety, and fatigue aren’t just "part of being a woman".

They’re common, but NOT normal. And you don’t have to just “deal with it”.

PMS symptoms are often triggered by nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, and stress.

Science backs this up:
- Magnesium (200-400mg/day) – Deficiency is linked to worsened cramps, anxiety, and mood swings
- Vitamin B6 (50-100mg/day) – Helps reduce irritability and hormonal fluctuations
- Omega-3s (1-2g/day) – Proven to ease PMS-related inflammation, pain, and emotional symptoms
- Chasteberry (Vitex, 1-3g/day) – Regulates estrogen and progesterone, reducing mood swings and bre@st tenderness
- Adrenal Support & Adaptogens – Chronic stress wrecks hormones. Ashwagandha & rhodiola help restore balance and resilience.

PMS symptoms aren’t random. They’re signals from your body. Instead of masking them, let’s support your body with what it actually needs.

Have you ever found a natural remedy, supplement, or lifestyle change that actually made a difference in your PMS symptoms?

20% of people in high-stress jobs report significant difficulty focusing and remembering details?!

And with cognitive issues on the rise—whether from chronic stress, lack of sleep, or aging—brain fog is more common than ever.

But here’s the good news: you don’t have to accept mental fatigue and forgetfulness as part of life.

A powerful way to optimize focus, enhance memory, and combat cognitive decline is through Alpha-GPC—a potent choline source that fuels acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter responsible for learning and cognition.

Benefits of Alpha-GPC:
- Enhances memory, focus, and cognitive flexibility
- Boosts acetylcholine levels for faster thinking and recall
- May support neuroprotection and brain longevity
- Potential performance benefits for athletes and fitness enthusiasts

The problem? Most Alpha-GPC supplements degrade quickly, making them less effective over time.

This is due to a process called hygroscopicity, where the compound absorbs moisture from the air, leading to loss of potency. And when Alpha-GPC degrades, it doesn’t deliver the same cognitive benefits.

That’s why choosing a high-quality, stable Alpha-GPC is essential for getting the full effects.

GeniusPure® from @nnbnutrition solves this problem:
✔ 108% increase in focus with just one dose
✔ Soy-free & non-hygroscopic—won’t degrade like other Alpha-GPCs
✔ Highest potency available—70% and 90% concentrations
✔ No clinical side effects at 700mg
✔ Supports cognitive flexibility, processing speed, and alertness

How do you support your brain on high-demand days?

2. Season shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, paprika, cumin, chipotle powder, salt and garlic cloves; mix well and let marinate while you prepare your mango salsa and Avocado Crema;
3. To make mango salsa- chop mango, Fresno chile, cilantro, red onion and mix with lime juice and salt;
4. To make the Avocado Crema- add all ingredients above except for sour cream to a food processor and process then mix with the sour cream; (note: don’t blend sour cream or it will turn watery)
5. Sear shrimp on a skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side depending on size of shrimp;
6. Char some tortillas, assemble and enjoy! Arriba!

Did you know caffeine’s role in human history dates back centuries—powering societies as we know them? But for our modern age, it might be time for an upgrade. Meet enfinity® paraxanthine, caffeine’s new-age metabolite that ditches the downsides.

Why enfinity® Outperforms Caffeine:
• No Slow Metabolizers – About 60% of people process caffeine poorly, leading to jitters, anxiety, and uneven energy. enfinity® helps avoid these pitfalls.
• Consistent Performance – Delivers the same smooth boost every time—no tolerance build-up, no guessing game.
• Brain & Neuroplasticity – Increases BDNF to support cognitive function and learning.
• Elevated Blood Flow – Up to 50% more circulation support than standard caffeine, boosting oxygen delivery and mental clarity.
• Mood & Focus Support – Enhances neurotransmitter balance, delivering a clean “feel-good” lift that helps you stay locked in.
• Exercise Enhancements – Increases nitric oxide for better blood vessel dilation, endurance, and overall performance.
• Gut Health Benefits – Early findings show improved tight junctions in the gut—caffeine doesn’t typically do this.
• Safer & Faster Clearance – Self-affirmed GRAS, enfinity® clears from the body quickly, helping to reduce side effects.

Step into the future of energy with @enfinityenergy, a reliable, more advanced alternative to caffeine.

I wish this was a joke, but it’s not.

We are exposed to toxins, chemicals, and endocrine disruptors every single day—often without even realizing it.

These are not just numbers; they are real threats to our metabolic health, hormones, brain function, and longevity.

- 95% of tested baby foods contain toxic metals
- 2.5 teaspoons of plastic are in your brain right now
- 80% of all antibiotics sold are used in livestock
- 88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy
- 250–1,000x more BPA in receipts than in water bottles
- "BPA-free" plastics still disrupt hormones
- 70% of conventional produce contains pesticide residues
- Half of the calories consumed in the U.S. come from ultra-processed foods
- 90% of Americans have detectable plasticizers in their bodies

Our modern environment is working against us, but knowledge is power. What can we do?
- Minimize plastic exposure: Use glass or stainless steel, avoid receipts, and be cautious with food packaging.
- Eat organic when possible: Reduce pesticide exposure and prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods.
- Filter your water: Many municipal water supplies contain heavy metals, microplastics, and contaminants.
- Support detoxification: Optimize liver function with cruciferous vegetables, fiber, sauna use, and proper hydration.
- Be mindful of animal products: Choose grass-fed, pasture-raised meats free from antibiotics and hormones.
- Ditch ultra-processed foods: Focus on whole, real foods that support metabolic health and longevity.

This isn’t fear-mongering. It’s reality.

The good news? You have control over what you eat, what you put on your body, and how you support your health.

Small, daily choices compound over time and make a huge impact on your health.
Which of these facts surprised you the most?
What’s one shift you’re making to reduce your toxic load?

97% of Americans have detectable levels of PFAS in their blood, these are known to disrupt your endocrine system.

Why Endocrine Disruption Matters:

Disruptors can mimic or block natural hormones, interfering with these pathways and potentially causing issues such as weight gain, thyroid problems, reproductive challenges, and developmental concerns in children.

I’ll admit it. Canned soup used to be a pantry staple for me. Easy, quick, and comforting.

Here’s the deal: Soup cans are lined with plastic to preserve flavor and freshness. Sounds fine, right?

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found that people who ate a single serving of canned soup daily for five days saw a 1,000%+ increase in urinary BPA levels (compared to those who ate fresh soup)

BPA, or Bisphenol A, is a known endocrine disruptor that mimics estrogen and interferes with critical hormone pathways.

Hormones affect everything—from energy levels to metabolism, mood, and even long-term health.

As someone who’s spent decades optimizing my health, I can tell you: the small, daily exposures to things like BPA can add up in ways we might not realize until it’s too late.

I’m not here to scare you. Just to share what I’ve learned so you can make more informed choices.

I’ve swapped canned soups for fresh or homemade options, and I don’t miss them one bit. It’s a small change, but one that supports the bigger picture of feeling and living your best.

What’s a pantry swap you’ve made for your health?

Why choose L-ergothioneine? Imagine supporting energy from a cellular level, right from the mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cells. Imagine having an ingredient with 34x the free radical scavenging activity of glutathione that was so essential for your body; it created a unique transporter and stored it in major organs and tissues throughout the body.

What if we told you this ingredient could also provide neuroprotection, support cognitive function, and help protect the skin against UV oxidative stress? If it sounds too good to be true, the research would disagree. L-ergothioneine does it all, and only MitoPrime® L-ergothioneine provides 99% pure, fermented, and natural ergothioneine for greater potency with a small dose.
