đź’Ą The supplements that have helped my sleep the most include:
– Inositol 2-3 grams twice daily (I dissolve the powder in my mouth). I take this at 7 am and 11 am. Gives me energy during the day but I sleep great at night.
– Magnesium glycinate/malate 120 mg twice daily
– Glycine 3 grams 60 minutes before bed
– L-theanine also works at 200-400 mg an hour before bed.
