This year’s championship game will be a rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs could achieve a historic third consecutive Super Bowl victory after defeating the Buffalo Bills 32–29 in the AFC Championship game. Meanwhile, the Eagles earned their spot in the Super Bowl by defeating the Washington Commanders 55–23 in the NFC Championship game.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar, fresh off his five Grammy wins at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, is headlining the Super Bowl Halftime Show, with SZA confirmed as a special guest. Before his performance, the NFL has assembled a lineup of acclaimed New Orleans artists to deliver the National Anthem, “America the Beautiful,” and “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”

The 2025 Super Bowl is set to kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET, with the National Anthem expected to be performed around 6:20 p.m. ET, roughly 10 minutes before the game begins.
