Ingredients:
2 slices sourdough
1 small avocado
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
salt flakes + pepper to taste
chili onion crunch
Olive oil for toasting the bread
Directions:
Boil eggs for 11 minutes. Meanwhile mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lemon juice + salt. Remove eggs from heat and transfer boiled eggs into the ice bath. Let them cool for 10 min. Follow the directions as shown in the video. Best enjoyed immediately ❤️
