
Easy baked chicken & roasted carrots with parmesan couscous ππ₯πΏ by @eatswithally
Ingredients:
– 2 chicken breasts
– olive oil
– garlic salt
– onion powder
– paprika
– carrots
– Near East parmesan couscous mix
– feta cheese
– fresh parsley
– lemon slice
Instructions:
– preheat oven to 375Β°
– slice chicken breasts in half, lengthwise and place on a baking sheet
– drizzle with olive oil and season both sides with garlic salt, onion powder, and paprika, set aside
– peel and slice carrots and place on another baking sheet
– drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt
– bake chicken and carrots for 20 minutes, until chickenβs intental temperature reaches 165Β° and carrots are softened
– cook couscous according to package directions
– serve with feta cheese, fresh parsley, and lemon slice
