I discovered a few cool insights I wanted to share with you
1. Always train what you want to get good at – the sport, the movement, the speed, the form, etc
2. Heat acclimation is a huge thing – if your body is heat resillient you can exercise for longer and harder
3. Dehydration can also be an adaptation that increases your performance while fully hydrated. On your easier workouts, don’t always worry about optimal hydration
4. Cooling down your hands or forehead lowers total body temperature which increases time to exhaustion
